Do you know anyone who is brokenhearted and feels they will never know love again? Is their pain so deep that no healing would allow their heart to open up to anyone? Are their wounds so deep and penetrating that no therapy could touch them? Could that person even be you? Dear sisters and even brothers who may read this post, “You Can Love Again!” Therefore, don’t let your past rule your present or future.
Furthermore, life is so short and fleeting each day that we wake up and have our being. Whether or not a person admits it, everyone needs and desires to be wanted and loved by someone. Nonetheless, I know people who adamantly say they do not want to be in a relationship with anyone and definitely not in a marriage relationship. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs and desires, but love and caring are basic human needs. “You Can Love Again!”
To this end, I understand that life can send us such a whirlwind that it weakens our trust until we are afraid to be vulnerable with others. Henceforth, we miss life opportunities that may give us great joy. Everyone has not been in a hurtful relationship but may have lost someone they loved dearly. If so, know that God will lessen your grief in time. Don’t close your heart, but leave it open for other blessings God may have in store for you. “You Can Love Again!” He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. I’ll be back next week with a new post, “Leave It All Behind!”
Be encouraged, and God bless!
