“You Are Not A Failure!” Whether or not you are where you want to be, please know, “You Are Not A Failure!” Recently, I was conversing with someone experiencing a letdown in life. The person expressed feeling like a failure. I told the person they were not in any way a failure. Being transparent for a moment, I used myself as an example. Despite going through failed marriages and knowing no one person is wholly responsible for the failure, I am not a failure. Situations may fail, and circumstances may be far from our expectations, but it does not make us personally a failure. The devil is a liar!
Accordingly, many things are out of our control. We can ask God for something within His will, but it may not come when we want it. Does that make us a failure? No, nor does it mean that God did not hear us or will not give us our desire. For some things, we have to wait. There are many examples in the bible concerning righteous men and women with petitions to God. Often, years went by before the prayer request of these biblical men and women was manifest. However, their trust in God was alive. “You Are Not A Failure!” God’s timing differs from ours in many cases. Nonetheless, waiting does not equate with failure. Jesus never fails; when we abide in Him, we do not fail either.
As I conclude, I say to one and all, “You Are Not A Failure!” Relationships, our jobs, or other situations in life assuredly, at some point, may fail; however, make sure your mindset reflects positivity. Positivity is a powerful tool that can help you navigate through life’s challenges. Hence, when you do all you can on a natural level, let the supernatural power of God do the rest. My desire for each of you is to have the blessings of God flow in your life.
Furthermore, trust God to take you to the other side in every situation. Most of all, understand that no matter the outcome, you have succeeded if you have done what’s in your power to do. Look in your mirror and tell the image looking back at you, “You Are Not A Failure!” God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19. I’ll return next week with a new post, “Give More, Get More!”
Be encouraged, and God bless!
