“What Will They Say?”

Have you ever thought about whether your life has impacted anyone else? We all have a purpose for being here on this earth. Accordingly, how well do you feel you are achieving your purpose? However, if we accomplish God’s goals and standards in our life, we can only do so in relationships with others. To clarify, we are not an island unto ourselves. Therefore, having meaningful relationships with others is essential; when your earthly life ends, you will leave a legacy, good or bad. “What Will They Say?”

Although we won’t hear the words, others will, and don’t you want to leave a good report? Often, I think people forget that a record of their life is on file on a heavenly level and natural. Each relationship, whether personal with family or a spouse, or with others in various capacities, gives a living epistle of who we are. Every uttered word or deed tells our story. As a result, we leave a legacy of one sort or another. “What Will They Say?”

Ultimately, we know only what we do for Christ will last. So let’s be mindful of how we treat one another, especially those we say we love. Our light should shine brightly in our relationships, especially when we say we are children of the King. One day we will pass from this life to judgment and eternity. The Book of Life will tell the story in the end, but until that day, “What Will They Say?” Those whom we leave behind. Will they have something good to say? A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold. Proverbs 22:1. I’ll be back next week with a new post! “Just Living the Dream!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!

AMEN Sister Jackie! “…having meaningful relationships with others is essential;…”.

Key word for me is “meaningful”. No easy feat to determine such, but, yet ’tis priceless to establish, cultivate and enjoy meaningful relationships with others in every area of our lives. For those of meaningful relationships will not dishonor us, now or after we has passed on. My prayer is for discernment that I don’t mistakenly or unjustly discard or disregard any of these priceless treasures of meaningful relationships, for they are truly blessings from Heaven.
Thank you for the reminder, less we take a valuable relationship and unjustly deem it less than “meaningful” and thereby miss out on a priceless meaningful treasure in “this” life here on The Earth. So grateful to God for the meaningful relationships that He has allowed me to have through my journey of life. And may God continue to Bless you as one of these, a meaningful relationship to me and many others.

Thank you so very much for those “meaningful” and thoughtful comments. If we can live so that our life is not in vain, our very being will be meaningful for others even after we are gone. God bless you, and may heavenly blessings be yours on this day and the days to come!
