“What Is For Me Is For Me!”

Have you ever desired a better job, a new car, your own home, or a bigger house or ideal relationship? All the while seeing these blessings manifest in the lives of others, day by day, year by year. You may begin to wonder why everyone else and not you. Your living is faithful to God; you bless others through giving, you are faithful in paying your tithes, attend your services (virtually or in-person ) regularly, and the list goes on. Nevertheless, the fulfillment of the desires of your heart appears on hold. If you feel this way, let this post serve as a reminder that no one can take or have the blessings God has in store for you. What is for me is for me!

However, much too often, we focus more on the appearances of situations in our lives. We are not able to see the trees in the forest. It is easy to lose focus when we have experienced disappointment time after time. Accordingly, when all you seem to hear is silence with no answer in sight and your level of faith is a test, where do you go from there? Most importantly, how do you handle your frustration, disappointment, heartache? How? Remember, “What is for me is for me!”

Henceforth, no matter how it appears, everyone is receiving the blessings and joy of the Lord. He will not and has not forgotten any of us. I sometimes wonder, too, when I will receive some of the blessings I have asked of the Lord. Therefore, I put Him in remembrance of my walk with Him. Not perfect, but being perfected through His grace and mercy. In those times, I feel His assurance and love; without a doubt, I know that nothing or anyone could prevent the blessings of God from being fulfilled in my life. Why? because “What is for me is for me!”

Lastly, my sisters, don’t be fretful, nor worry about your life. God knows the plans He has for you. His timing is perfect and will yield the desired results in your life. Most importantly, we should always be happy to see God bless someone else, knowing He has no respect of persons and His promises are just and true. Be anxious for nothing, but trust God will all your heart, mind, and soul. Your more excellent is coming, and when it does, it will be BIG! He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Psalm 24:5. I’ll be back next week with a new post, “I am a Survivor!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!

    Amen! Very well stated.
To be empowered, encouraged, and strengthened to persevere, to NEVER give up, though the fulfillment of the promises may seem far from me, is my prayer. For I too truly believe that “what is for me, is for me”, and “my” faith is the key. Knowing that my God will perfect those things that concerns me, for He knows that my soul waits upon Him “alone”, therefore I keep my faith in Him “alone”.
Thank you for encouraging the hearts of all of us, your readers, that we too may share it, and this encouragement is spread abroad, for we ALL need encouragement at some time about some thing!!!
May God Bless You the more!!!

What’s for me is for me! But then I also think, what if what I think or hope is for me…is not for me. Is not in God’s plans for me. Yes, I think this is a wonderful reminder of the blessings and favor that God has for us. But sometimes when you’ve been waiting for something for so long and you see others that are NOT living the life that you are in a Christian walk – and they get exactly what you want, then you begin to wonder. Is this particular thing really for me?

When something is in God’s plan for your life, He will give it to you, no matter how the situation may look. He reigns over the just as well as the unjust. The unjust receive the same sunshine the just do whether they deserve it or not. They eat and have provisions the same as the just. In God’s perfect timing, He will separate the wheat from the tares. Don’t be discouraged when you see the unjust prospering. Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Psalm 37:1-4. Thank you so much for sharing. Don’t give up on God. He will not give up on you. I pray God’s favor over your life!
