“The God Who Sees Me!”

In life, sometimes we desire for others not to see us. Why? Because we may be doing something we don’t want anyone to know about, or we may feel we are not worthy of attention. In any case, sometimes others will end up seeing us anyway. Well , we lose all control when it comes to God, regardless of whether we are doing something good or bad. “The God Who Sees Me!” also knows me from the beginning of time , so we cannot fool Him. Primarily, it is certainly to our advantage to have a God who always has us in His view.

Furthermore, when we have a right “relationship” with God, we never cringe at the thought of Him seeing all that we do, which includes also during the not-so-good times. Growing up, the Saints would remind us often, ‘God will keep us if we want to be kept.’ Therefore, with God keeping an eye on us, it helps to strengthen us and encourages us to do right because we want His keeping.  “The God Who Sees Me!” Whatever you may be going through, dear readers, and everyone is either going through something or just came out , or is about to go in, know that God is near.

Hence, although it may seem as though you are alone, you are not. Life is challenging, but you are stronger with God on your side. Personal relationships, family relationships, work relationships, and even those we hope to build may fail, but a relationship with God will not. Also, consider whether you feel hurt because a relationship you think is solid turns out differently and cannot be explained. “The God Who Sees Me” may very well be the reason. Some endings are not because of anything you did, but may be part of God’s greater plan for your life. Not everyone you call a friend is necessarily who you need as a friend.

In conclusion, “The God Who Sees Me!” is the best set of eyes that look upon me. God sees what I may never see concerning me. Trust our Savior with all your needs, hurts, pain, heartache, and eventual joy. He will never fail us at any time. I take pleasure in knowing, “The God Who Sees Me!” is always present and knows my name! Remember, you are deeply loved and fully seen—take comfort and hope in that as you move forward in life. Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord. Jeremiah 23:24. I’ll return next week with a new post, “Put Someone Else First!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!
