Wow! What am I going to talk about in this post? I will quickly get to the point in this short post. The inspiration for this topic comes from something I read a few years ago. If you have ever been in attendance at a funeral, as long as the coffin is open for most people, there is no closure as of yet. However, when the lid comes down, the “end ” of the journey begins for those in attendance. Most individuals need to get through the service to get closure. There isn’t much closure while “The Coffin Is Still Open!”
In terms of relationships, some may appear to be dead, with no hope of revival. Nothing can help to save the relationship or even marriage. It seems to be over. If I am talking to you, please know that as long as you want the relationship or marriage to survive, regardless of the situation at hand, keep going. Don’t bury the relationship. The season you’re in may be shouting that it’s a done deal. There can be no resurrection of the relationship. But, God! He can bring new life. Trust Him and know that “The Coffin Is Still Open!”
Therefore, there is still hope. Reach up and grab it! I told you this post would be short, so I’m done. Just remember that nothing is over until God says it is over. Don’t face a funeral of your situation without seeking God’s guidance.”The Coffin Is Still Open!” And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: Ezekial 11:19. I’ll return next week with a new post, “God is Just!”
Be encouraged, and God bless!
