“Strength In Numbers!”

Do you know someone who is going through a hard time right now? Most likely, we all do, and that person can also be ourselves. Well, if it’s someone else, are you doing anything to help? The Bible reminds us that when one rejoices, we all should rejoice, and when one weeps, we should all weep. There are “Strength In Numbers!” Going through hardship, heartbreak, relationship problems, or financial woes can take a toll on us mentally and physically. But God! Thank God for the earthly angels who are our sisters or brothers who stand with us not only in prayer but by our side. Being alone in a storm can be a frightening experience. Having someone present, even if they are silent, provides comfort. “Strength In Numbers!”

On the other hand, some people shy away from others when facing difficulties. They may avoid your calls and not acknowledge texts. Hence, understand it’s because they may have allowed their challenges to overtake them. We all handle things differently. Although, if we take a moment to think about it, we are better together. There will always be “Strength In Numbers!” God did not create us to live separate lives from each other. Trials will come and go, but our spiritual connections with others can provide comfort during difficult times.

As I wind up this post, remember this, if nothing else. Facing challenges alone does not have to be an option. The season we live in combines craziness in our country, world, and lives—a lot to handle day by day. Nonetheless, the journey becomes easier when you can share it with someone else. “Strength In Numbers!” can provide what we need to help get us across the finish line. Most importantly, don’t reject help when it comes. Embrace it, thank God for it, and allow it to help soothe you. “Strength In Numbers!” can help you accomplish many things and can be a gift from God. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20. I’ll return next week with a new post, “Look in the Mirror!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!

Amen! There is strength in numbers, and, as the Bible says “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” – Proverbs 27:17. So it pays to not only reach out to others, but to receive when others reach out to us, those that comes to us in the spirit of genuine love, help, care and concern. The old folks taught us to never kick someone when they are down. That if we couldn’t do anything good to help them, then do them no harm.
Praying a special prayer that, may our God bless, keep, and strengthen your vessel the more my dear Sister-in-Christ, – asking that our God continue to strengthen us all when and where we are weak, for we all can have overwhelming challenges in our journey of life!
