As we continue on this journey of gratefulness today, I will highlight Latasha. Latasha says, “This year, I’m especially thankful for our new church home and pastor for reigniting our hunger for God’s word. I have seen my entire family grow spiritually, and it’s the most beautiful thing.” Wow! That is beautiful! There are so many things in life for us to be grateful for, but the greatest gift is our relationship with our Savior. “So Grateful-2!”
Specifically, we all need a hunger for God’s word. By His Word, we learn of Him and know Him honestly through His love and grace. With everything society and this world is throwing at us, we need a safe place of refuge. There is no safer place than to be in God’s loving arms. Furthermore, every saved person desires to see their family come to Christ. As individual family members grow spiritually, the entire family ties gain strength. A family that prays and worships together and increases in the knowledge of God becomes a powerful force. “So Grateful-2!”
Today, I thank you, Latasha, for sharing your story of gratefulness. I am delighted that you have a church home and pastoral leader helping you and your family grow spiritually. Everyone needs a church home and a good shepherd(pastor) to lead the flock in their Christian walk. God bless you and your sweet family. Continue growing in your faith, and know that as you seek God more, He will bless you spiritually and give you the desires of your heart. “So Grateful-2!” For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:21. Next week, I will bring you another post that tells us someone is saying, “So Grateful!”
Be encouraged, and God bless!
