We all know that prayer changes things, so why not keep prayer at the forefront of our lives before things break down? “Pray!” that is the key to more successful relationships. Often, as humans, when all is going well, we are so triumphant that we don’t pray as much. Maybe that isn’t you, but that often happens with many others. Troubling times bring on more prayers to get relief, just like people use pain relievers to relieve pain. Not too many people take daily painkillers if they are not suffering from body pains. It doesn’t make sense to do that. Instead, preventive measures can help to avoid some painful body issues.
Therefore, dear readers, during peaceful times, “Pray!” diligently for the relationships you have or desire to have as a preventive measure. If we can keep a prayer in front of everything in our lives, even when relationship challenges arise, they will be easier to manage. Even though relationships of whatever nature can be challenging, there is no situation that prayer cannot cover. Praying is merely communicating with our heavenly Father. Hence, we can talk to Him anytime. Furthermore, as we “Pray!” we gain the strength we need for things that lie ahead.
In sweet conclusion, “Pray!” for things to come, things to be, and things you cannot even dream of now. Successful relationships come through faith, hard work, and much-needed prayer. Lastly, let’s pray for others who are struggling in their relationships. Are we our sisters’ keepers? I would say yes. We need each other to survive. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5.I’ll return next week with a new post, “Grieve, But Move On!”
Be encouraged, and God bless!
