“Praise Be To God!”

I am back! I didn’t fall off the face of the earth, but I have been on a journey that God led me through. This post will not be very long, but I just want to share a bit with you. In the seven years I have been posting (seven is completion!), I have never missed sending a post. “Praise Be To God!”

Nevertheless, about three weeks ago, I was traveling from Atlanta to Houston. Shortly after my arrival, I was taken to the emergency room and eventually had a full hospital admission! Did I expect that to happen? Certainly not, but God was adding to my testimony. Honestly, I did not know or understand what was happening in my body. However, I knew I could depend on God to walk with me. At one point, I could not walk myself, but God could! No need to go into deep details. What is of the utmost importance is that I needed a healing miracle, and I received it. “Praise Be To God!”

Literally, I understand the saying,” Heal me from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet!” Jesus did exactly that. While this blog began as a personal relationship blog, I will give tidbits here and there as the Lord giveth to me. In addition, I will also continue to focus on our relationships with God and others. The best relationship one can have is with God! During the time I lay on my hospital bed needing assistance from others, sometimes I couldn’t even pray.

My dear sisters and brothers, pray before the storms, trials, and hard times come. Because in the midst of them, you might not be able to pray. What happens is we are trying to gather and sort everything that is going on around us or to us. Keep a song, the Word, and a prayer in your heart at all times. After I got myself together, I was not only praying for myself but also for the staff and, probably, you too. “Praise Be To God!”

Well, I said this post would not be long, so I need to end. Specifically, I wanted you to know that I am all right and will continue to write as long as God gives me the words. Thank you to those of you who knew I was hospitalized for your prayers, support, and love. If you have any topics of interest, please share them. Next week I will write a regular post. God bless each of you. “Praise Be To God!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!
Sister Jackie
