Life is a journey. It involves some ups, some downs, and all around. But, with that being said, at some point, we need to know we are “Getting There!” Where? Anywhere away from where we are. No one likes standing still and marking time in one place, especially in life. People look for movement in relationships or should be at any account. Henceforth when someone is content in a relationship, not growing and moving forward, know that is a red flag for sure. And one needs to start asking questions of themself and the other half of the relationship.
Accordingly, growth only comes by movement. The movement will only happen when both parties in the relationship are active. Therefore, one person cannot do everything to keep a relationship alive and thriving. Otherwise, either party will have no “Getting There!”. Even in a marriage, there has to be constant flow. A marriage will surely deteriorate if one spouse is active and the other is stagnant in keeping it alive.
In conclusion, simply saying, “Getting There!” is more manageable when two move together. We are always better together in any relationship! Therefore, dear sisters and brothers, work to live harmoniously so growth and movement will happen more quickly in your relationships. Everything in life involves some form of work to be successful. Ultimately, you can say, “Getting There!” with much more ease and gratification. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. John 5:8. I’ll be back next week with a new post, “ I Need You!”
Be encouraged, and God bless!
