“Don’t Waste Time!”

Life is much too short. I know you agree with me. Recently, I told my brother I could not believe I am seventy years old! People say I don’t look like it, but the fact is I am seventy years old. Where did the time fly away to? Even if I live a hundred years, it won’t be enough time for me with family and friends. Nevertheless, the best thing we can do is tell ourselves, “Don’t Waste Time!” Time is a precious commodity, not to be taken for granted.

Please allow this post to remind us to love the precious people God has put in our lives with all our hearts. Accordingly, we should give our relationships our very best selves. Hence love unconditionally without reservation, or our love is useless. Additionally, be free with our forgiveness, and don’t hold back on caring and sharing. Otherwise, give our relationships what we desire in return. Please “Don’t Waste Time!” dear ones. Know we can never regain it.

In brief, we cannot afford to miss out on any opportunity to love and be loved. As always, consult God in all matters in our life, but remember God is love, and He expects and wants us to love. My dear sisters and brothers, sometimes we have to choose our battles. Otherwise, we cannot let everything frustrate us. Hence we can give love a chance without losing who we are. Heaven will be glorious, but our earthly life can be joyful if we “Don’t Waste Time!” over what, many times, are trivial moments. So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Psalm 90:12. I’ll be back next week with a new post, “Put Your Shoes On!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!

Great post my sister! I use to wonder how is time wasted because it is always used or spent on something good or something not so good. In reading and getting a clearer understanding, if it is not profitable and no one has been encouraged or uplifted, the effort is in vain, meaning it has been a waste of time not utilized properly! Great post and thank you for this blog! Love, your sister, Jacqueline
