“Blessed and Push Through!”

This post will be concise, and I hope a meaningful one for each of you. One day I was in conversation with someone via a text. At the time, the individual was experiencing something challenging but not defeating. The person chose to look beyond the situation and see a blessing. How often do we succumb to feelings of despair and hopelessness when we are going through a challenging time? Do we find it easier to crumble under the load we are carrying? Hopefully, not. Instead, this young lady made a statement, “Blessed and Push Through!” My thought was, wow! We all must know that if we are yet alive, we are blessed and have to push through.

Accordingly, we live in a time of adversity and uncertainty, making each day a day of wonder. We wonder what is coming next. If you don’t, I certainly do, but my faith and hope rest in our incredible Savior. Sometimes I admit it may be hard to see at first a blessing in what is happening all around us. However, we must know that whatever God allows coming into our life or the lives of those we are close to, it is for a purpose. We know all things work together for our good according to His divine love and purpose. Therefore, we can say, “Blessed and Push Through!” Don’t give up and stop pushing through the heartaches, pain, frustrations, sicknesses, and broken relationships. Push my sisters no matter what.

As I conclude, I encourage you this day to take some time to think about your many blessings. Similarly, like a rose garden yields beautiful roses, the thorns are also present. But, they do not in any way diminish the beauty of the roses. Life’s ups and downs are a part of our life journey, but if we can endure, more excellent is coming. So, remember to say “Blessed and Push Through! ” is what we will do! Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Colossians 1:11. I’ll be back next week with a new post, “Understand the Assignment!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!

Sister Jackie

    Amen Sis!
Made me think of a “Message” years ago that our First “Elect” Lady gave and entitled it “PRESS”, that pressing required “PRESSure”. She said that we have to learn how to press our way through trials by applying pressure to it, like as in ironing, to get the difficult wrinkles out, for there was a blessing in the pressing.
So glad that I continue to learn how to press my way through hard trials, for they do surely come, and I can truly say that I have been blessed in the pressing. Now I can add to it, pushed through and blessed.
Thank you again for sharing these powerful words of encouragement to help us effectively navigate our journey in life. May God continually bless you as you press and push through!
