“A Time To Blossom!”

In another week, spring will arrive. I love all seasons and can’t say I favor one over another. However, I always welcome springtime because it’s the beginning of new life. Since living in Georgia, I haven’t experienced harsh winters as I did in New Jersey, but the winter weather in Georgia can be cold. So, as warmer temperatures move in and I look at the trees and bushes, I know it’s “A Time To Blossom!”

Just as nature brings about colorful changes, so should our life bring about newness. Let me explain. During winter, there is little to no growth in vegetation in places that experience cold temperatures. When we become complacent and do not seem to do anything to thrive beyond day-to-day living, we are in the winter of our life. You don’t want to remain there, do you? I know I don’t. Therefore it’s “A Time To Blossom!”

If you have visions or dreams of doing some extraordinary things in life, whether on your job, in your home, or in personal relationships, now is the time! Life is too short to procrastinate and leave things to chance. Always consult God about your desires and dreams and make sure they align with His will. If they do, then proceed forward because, for you, it’s “A Time To Blossom!”

My dear sisters, take some time to enjoy life to its fullest. Be creative, joyful, loving, and allow someone to love you and most definitely enjoy living. Hopefully, we are ending the severity of this pandemic. I pray better days are ahead for each of us.

As I conclude, let’s not have a winter mentality, but spring forth and enjoy all God has given us to be grateful for this season. It’s my time and your time. It is “A Time To Blossom!” Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19. I’ll be back next week with a new post, “A Time To Clean House!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!

Sister Jackie

Wonderful my daughter; In order for us to continue to live, we must love our lives, and keep it moving. We are waiting for new growth, and the Holy Ghost is our nutrition.
