“A Blessing In Disguise!”

Blessings come in all shapes and sizes; we cannot predict when they will come. But we all love it when a blessing comes our way. However, our greatest blessings may not, at the onset, look like a blessing. Wow! Something to think about, right? “A Blessing In Disguise!” I have encountered situations that didn’t feel good, didn’t look good, and, by all appearances, were not good. Nevertheless, they brought me blessings beyond my limited thoughts.

A mishap or pain from a broken heart is not always bad. I am sure you wonder what I think when I say that, but it is true. I can recall relationship situations that broke my heart, but I could finally see God’s handiwork on my behalf. Not all relationship breakups are wrong, no matter how bad we feel. Some are “A Blessing In Disguise!” Therefore, know that life’s many ups and downs don’t always come to break us or hurt us. Despite what we may have to go through, God has abundant blessings for those who love Him.

As I conclude, remember that it is God’s pleasure to bless us. However, blessings sometimes come with heartache, pain, or even disappointment at the forefront. Nevertheless, we must hold on to the promises of God and trust and believe Him. Know that He is always working for our good. Without a doubt, blessings beyond our imagination will come. Henceforth, it does not matter what you may be going through.

Lastly, don’t be discouraged, but look forward to “A Blessing In Disguise!” I will end with a quote by Joseph Addison: “Our real blessings often appear to us in the shape of pains, losses, and disappointments.” The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: Numbers 6:24. I’ll return next week with a new post, “Be Yourself!”

Be encouraged, and God bless!
